Charles Kelly is an American who has lived in Japan most of
his life. I've known about him for more than ten years and
have also met him face to face and presented with him at
TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)
conferences. Charles is very well-known online for materials
he has created and collected to help people practice English,
