Hard work!!!
firstly I need to apologize to you for being absent from this wonderful space of learning. I´ve been so busy that I have not been abled to enter at ning and share my experience with you. But, after a long period I'm back and I want to told you how challenging are being my Master Course and my new job.

New Year, new challenges, new BLOG
I have never taught about having a blog. I've already read some interesting ones, but I did not write one by myself. But after the Listening Plus course I decided to explore differents tools in order to improve my English skills, thanks to Carla who shows us so many ways to keep practicing and improving our English. You're definitely improving your page by using the resources that are available for it. As a result, your page is already very interesting, and I think it will become even more interesting!
I don't have any special plans for Christmas and the New Year.
My sister and I will keep a family tradition on Christmas Eve—eating a special dinner in memory of our father. Dad's birthday was on Christmas Eve, so on December 24th, our family didn't do anything related to Christmas; instead, we had a special meal for Dad, featuring his favorite foods (steak, potatoes, and a nice salad), and we also gave him birthday gifts (not Christmas gifts).
My sister and I will also celebrate the eve of New Year together. We'll have special snack foods, champagne, and maybe eggnog, and we'll both try to stay awake until just after midnight.
How about you? What will you and your family do?

One thing I like about the pages here is that by "playing around" with the settings, each person can give his or her page a very distinctive look. One way I did that on my page was by using a graphic as a background at the top of the page; I got the idea for that from Carlinha's main page. Another way I've individualized my page is by changing background colors; for that, I just tried various different color combinations until I found some colors that I liked together. Another way that I've modified the "look" of my page is by adding widgets.
You can start to modify alll of these things by clicking on Edit Page Appearance (which is just above your photo on your profile page.
