Hi Listening Plus crew. It was a great pleasure for me to meet you all f2f (face to face). It was also great to see your enthusiasm for learning English and also your joy to have discovered cyberspace as a place for learning. I was really impressed to see you speaking and to see how well you can communicate. It was a

I confess it was a little difficult to choose a picture for this post. My choice has to do with the basic meaning of Christmas to me. To me, it is beyond the crazy trips to the shopping mall, it is as simple as a child's love and dreams can be. It is a time to celebrate many things. I would like to know what it means to you or how you celebrate it.

Thank you for invited me. I think it'll be a great moment in my english learning here. I have met two members, soon I'll meet everybody.

It's amazing that we were both in Oklahoma!
As I said, I lived and worked in Norman for a while, but I got into OKC fairly often. In Norman, I lived within walking distance of the university—and that was a good thing, because when I moved there from Dallas, I didn't have a car!
One odd thing that I still remember is the red dust. When the weather was windy, it seemed to get everywhere!
I can't remember exactly how long I lived in Norman, but I moved from there back to Dallas—and then from Dallas to L.A., from L.A. to Oregon, and (finally) from Oregon to Arizona.
Again, it's amazing that we have Oklahoma in common!
Did you ever meet Dennis and Janie Dunham at OCU? They both worked for the ELS Language Center.

We will keep in contact!
I was your student at Flex 8! It's very good to keep in touch with you!
I just noticed that you got your MA TESOL at Oklahoma City University. It's a small world! I got my first professional ESL teaching job in Oklahoma--in Norman and the ELS Language Center which was located there at that time (in the 1970s!!!). I also visited the Oklahoma City ELS Center and used to know some people there.

It's really, really nice to be in this fabulous group with you!
I like the song in your video very much and would like to know more about it. Could you tell me where to see the lyrics? I can hear individual words, but I can't put them together! I think I could probably understand the gist of it, however, if I saw the lyrics in written form!
Very best wishes!
